Qualifying your clients makes the process much easier when there are challenges to overcome or changes to be maid, which may require additional work, involvement or financing. I will make sure that this process goes as smooth as it can.
EXECUTION - time when making sure that best quality craftsmanship is delivered in all scheduled phases of the project is key. What is important as well as documentation, daily reporting and reviewing drawings with architects, engineers, and sub-trades to make sure that everyone is on the same page and everything goes according to plan, as well as managing necessary inspections and certificates along the way.
